At Eight Lotus Wellness & Yoga Studio in Lake Havasu City, AZ, we’re dedicated to making yoga, pilates, movement, and wellness services available to everyone.

From daily yoga and dance classes to specialty meditation and breathwork sessions, the studio provides a sacred space for movement, healing, and self-discovery. In addition to massage and energy healing services, Eight Lotus hosts special events throughout the year, creating opportunities for deeper connection and transformation.

Our founder MA Landicho, with all of our guest instructors and Therapists are here to help inspire both you and your practice. Since our styles are diverse, we encourage you do come try a variety of classes and therapy.

We prioritize healing on every level — physical, emotional, and spiritual. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-time practice, our compassionate instructors and practitioners are here to guide you.

  • Ashtanga-inspired, heated yoga (Hatha and Ashtanga-inspired) with a humidified studio for comfort., Yin Yoga, Hip Openers Yoga, and Kid’s Yoga. We also have teachers combining various traditions into their classes such as Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, Shambhala, Pranayama.

  • TruFusion Pilates, a community favorite that delivers a dynamic full-body workout to strengthen, stabilize, and energize.

  • Join us for belly dance, Hula dance, guided breathwork, meditation, and occasional other specialty classes!

  • At our Wellness center you will find specialists with various healing services in bodywork, energy healing, and more. We offer events for spiritual and personal development such as Sound Healing Journeys, Heartbridge Breathwork, Healing Ceremonies, and more.

The Healing Center at Eight Lotus is a sanctuary for deep restoration and transformation, offering a variety of holistic healing services from skilled practitioners and healers. Whether seeking massage therapy, energy healing, Reiki, fire cupping, or personalized support, each session is tailored to nurture the body, calm the mind, and restore energetic balance. This space is dedicated to healing, renewal, and alignment, providing a sacred environment where individuals can receive personalized care and support on their wellness journey.

The Shala at Eight Lotus is the heart of our movement and community practices, offering a diverse range of yoga, dance, breathwork, sound healing, and group healing ceremonies.
