This immersive program is Yoga Alliance Certified and designed for dedicated students who want to deepen their personal practice or begin a path toward teaching.

Through intentional breathwork, rhythmic movement, simple vocal toning or chanting, and deep rest, this class supports oxygenation of the blood, fluidity in the body, and a return to inner ease.

No prior yoga or breathwork experience is needed. This class is accessible, grounding, and deeply nourishing for both body and mind.
