Vital Flow is a gentle yet powerful breath-centered movement practice designed to calm the nervous system, stimulate lymphatic circulation, balance the endocrine system, and support digestion.
Through intentional breathwork, rhythmic movement, simple vocal toning or chanting, and deep rest, this class supports oxygenation of the blood, fluidity in the body, and a return to inner ease.
No prior yoga or breathwork experience is needed. This class is accessible, grounding, and deeply nourishing for both body and mind.
What to bring: Mat, Water, and Dress Comfortably.
The Journey to Kundalini
About 15 years ago I recognized that my lifestyle had not been conducive for wellness, it was time for change!
I discovered many helpful modalities over the years. Some of them I released and some I kept near and dear to my heart. Kundalini Yoga is one that I keep close to my heart. This practice offers an opportunity to connect with the many facets of the mind, body and spirit.
It has taught me how to slow down, be present, breathe, listen and flow with the rhythm and cues of my heart and soul.
For me, it has become a sacred devotional❤️🔥
After several years of devotion to this practice I decided to get certified.
I quickly began sharing with others and what bloomed was new and exciting ways to be of service.
I went from a 25+ year nursing career and 15 year hospital marketing position to a holistic practitioner and wellness advocate. I learned through these experiences that all of the above were significant and helpful to creating depth and meaning within this work of art that we call life.
