Toni Icard
About 15 years ago, Toni Icard recognized it was time for a profound shift toward wellness and a more heart-centered way of living. Through exploring various healing modalities, she discovered Kundalini Yoga—a practice that became deeply sacred to her for its ability to unite mind, body, and spirit.
Kundalini Yoga taught Toni the art of slowing down, being present, breathing deeply, and listening to the wisdom of the heart and soul. After years of devoted practice, she chose to become certified and began sharing this transformative work with others, discovering new and meaningful ways to serve.
With over 25 years in nursing and 15 years in hospital marketing, Toni brings depth, compassion, and lived wisdom to her role as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and wellness advocate. She lovingly invites others to experience the peace, presence, and devotion that have shaped her own healing journey. ❤️🔥

Monique Day
Hi friends, I’m Monique Day. I have always been a lover of all things movement. Early on, I dedicated myself to classical ballet, jazz, hip-hop dance, even gymnastics and cheerleading. As the years unfolded, my dance background seamlessly evolved into a more functional and mindful approach to movement: yoga. In October 2017, I achieved my 200-hour certification at Island Yoga in Aruba. Guided by the expertise of Lara Heimann and Rachel Brathen, I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the intricate connection between body, heart and mind.
